Husband's General Notes
On 18 December 1903, Walter Thaxton shot and killed a man by the name of Will Price. The reason given was that Will Price showing affection toward Walter's wife, Emma. All charges were dropped because of the lack of evidence.
According to the 1880 census under father James David Thaxton, his age was reported as eight with Joseph, his brother, age seven.
