Tuesday, October 27, 1891
Polk Price, a well known resident of this city, a son of Meredith Price, died suddenly Sunday afternoon. He had been in his usual health until Sunday morning, when he was taken sick, dying a few hours later. It is thought he died from the bursting of an abscess of some kind. The funeral occured yesterday afternoon at the Baptist church.
