   Delia (Sullivan) Moore, widow of Thomas Moore, died yesterday at her home, 3 Wiggin street, after a brief illness. She was born in Ireland, the daughter of the late Dennis and Bridget (Murphy) Sullivan, but in early childhood moved to this city. She was the sister of the late Mrs. Catherine (Sullivan) Daly, who was buried Jan. 22, 1938. She was an attendant of St. Patrick's church. She is survived by two brothers, Patrick Sullivan of this city and Thomas Sullivan of Ireland, also several nieces and nephews.The body was removed to the Savage Memorial home, 28 Pawtucket Street at Wannalancit street.
   Invitations are out for the wedding ceremony of Miss Mary Josephine O'Donnell and Dr. Brendan D. Leahey. The ceremony will take place at high noon Easter Monday, at St. Margaret's church.

DANIEL F. AHERN

   After a brief illness, Daniel F. Ahern passed away at Symmes Hospital on Tuesday, this week. Funeral services will be held tomorrow morning from his late residence, 20 Alton street, at eight o'clock. At nine, a solemn high mass of requiem will be celebrated in St. Agnes' Church. Burial will be in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.
   Mr. Ahern, who was sixty years old, was treasurer of the fruit and produce concern of Lord & Spencer, Inc., in Faneuil Hall Market, Boston. He was a member of Arlington Council 109, Knights of Columbus.
   Advocate readers will remember that it was while Mr. Ahern was travelling in Mexico with his nephew, Francis D. Ahern, a few years ago, that the latter, a Boston University student, was killed in Mexico City in an argument with two Mexican policemen over a hotel bill. Both officers were accused of shooting the youth in the back, but a Mexico City court of law failed to clear up the details of the fatal shooting.
   Mr. Ahern is survived by two brothers, Maurice P., of 20 Alton street, and Timothy C., of 52 Wyman terrace. One sister, Miss Mary Ahern, of the Alton street address, also survives.

HARRY L. WOODWARD

   On Monday of last week occurred the death of Harry L. Woodward, in Melrose. Mr. Woodward was a cousin of Alvin A. Woodward, president of R. W. LeBaron, Inc., of Arlington, and he had many friends here, among them the Rev. Henry G. Budd, minister of Calvary Methodist Church, who officiated at the funeral services on Wednesday. The services were held at the Berglund Funeral Home, Mr. Berglund also being a friend of the late Mr. Woodward.
WILLIAM H. A. BRIGHAM

   On Sunday of this week William H. A. Brigham passed away after a week's illness. Mr. Brigham, who was seventy-eight years old, had lived in Arlington eighteen years and made his home at 71 Medford street. Born in Chelsea, he was the son of the late John L. and Frances (Towne) Brigham of that city.
   Mr. Brigham was a musician of note. For many years he taught piano and organ, and he was formerly organist of St. Luke's Church in Chelsea.
   Edit Gita N. Brigham survives her husband. Mr. Brigham also leaves one son, Frank H. Brigham, of White Plains, New York.
   The funeral services, which were strictly private, were held from the Hartwell Chapel on Tuesday, and were followed by a requiem mass at St. Agnes' Church. Burial was in Mt. Pleasant cemetery.

THOMAS J. KIERNAN

   At his home, 782 Massachusetts avenue, Thomas J. Kiernan passed away on Monday of a cerebral hemorrhage. Funeral services were held at 2:30 p.m. on Wednesday at the Hartwell Funeral Home. Interment was in Mt. Auburn Cemetery, Watertown.¹
   Mr. Kiernan, who was eighty-three years old, was born in New York City, son of Thomas J. Kiernan. For twenty-five years he was employed as foreman at the Puffer Soda Fountain Company in Winchester. He had retired from business ten years ago.
   Mrs. Maria L. Kiernan survives her husband.
