MRS. JOHN COLBERT DEAD.
Mrs. Ellen Colbert, wife of John Colbert of Kensington Park, died yesterday morning after a short illness. Mrs. Colbert lived in this town the greater part of her life. The family lived in the house in which Mrs. Colbert died, for many years. For a number of years the house was the only one in what is now Kensington Park. Mrs. Colbert was a woman of fine character and had hosts of friends throughout the town. She is survived by her husband, one son, Isaac Colbert, and four daughters, Mrs. John Tobin, Mrs. George Mead, Mrs. Edward McCaffery and Miss Nellie Colbert.

ARLINGTON
   The funeral of Mrs. Ellen Colbert, wife of John Colbert, took place this morning at her late home on Kensington Park. A high mass of requiem was celebrated in St. Agnes’ Church by Rev. John J. Flynn. The service was attended by a large number. The music for the service was under the direction of Miss Lucy J. Butler and at the close of the mass William F. Kelley sang. The bearers were John Colbert, Edward Colbert, Patrick Colbert, William Tobin, Edward Colbert and John O’Brien. Internment was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery. Mrs. Colbert is survived by one son, Isaac Colbert, special officer at the North Station; Mrs. John Tobin, Mrs. George Mead and Miss Eleanor Colbert of this town and Mrs. Edward McCaffrey of Somerville.
