Patrick J. [sic]¹ Riley, died yesterday at St. John's Hospital as result of injuries sustained by a fall down stairs on Saturday. The body was removed to the home of a brother, William, 169 Broadway. Mr. Riley leaves a wife, Margaret; one son, James, three daughters, Mary, Margaret and Annie: four brothers, William of Lowell, Michael and James of Plymouth and Phillip of Scotland; two sisters, Mrs. Annie McMahon of Lowell, and Sister Mary St. John, Order of Mary Immaculate of Texas

RILEY—The funeral of Patrick Riley, took place this morning at 8:30 o'clock from the home of his brother, William, 169 Broadway and was largely attended. A funeral High Mass was celebrated in St. Patrick's Church at 9:00 o'clock by Rev. Fr. Joseph Curtin, the Gregorian chant was sung by the regular church Choir. The Burial was in St. Patrick's Cemetery, where Rev. Fr. Curtin read the prayers at the grave. The Bearers were Messrs. Archie Largy, John Murphy, Owen Healey, Philip Lynch, John Lardner and Thomas Daly. Among the floral offerings was a Pillow from the family. Others who sent flowers were Brothers James, William and Michael, Mr. and Mrs. James McMahon and family, Miss Delia Lardner. The funeral was in charge of Undertaker Charles H. Molloy.
