POLICE COURT
Officers in citizen's clothes on duty to watch for fruit thieves on Sunday, caught seven Italian boys having about a bushel of apples in their clothing. In court on Wednesday they paid a fine of $2 each.

FUNERAL SERVICES FOR MRS. NANCY HARKINS
Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon from St. Charles Church at 2 o'clock for Mrs. Nancy Harkins, aged 55 years, who died at her home 30 Houghton Street after an illness of a week.

The bearers were Dennis Doherty, Neil Quinn, James Martin, Neil Lafferty, John Moloy and Daniel D. Doherty.

Requiem Mass was celebrated this morning at 8:30 o'clock by Rev. James J. Keegan.

She is survived by seven children, Mrs. John Flannery of Machias, Me., Mrs. Michael Flaherty, Mrs. James Nolan, John, Bernard and Hugh of this city and William of Lynn.

Among the floral tributes were: Pillow from the Twins [sons Bernard and Hugh Harkins]. Standing cross, Susan and John Harkins. Pillow, Michael Flaherty and family. Wreath, William Harkins and family. Spray of asters, Mrs. Susan Dow. Wreath, Patrick McIntire and family. Spray of pinks, Miss Nellie Lynch. Standing cross, Edward Kilmartin and William Kinary and family of Charlestown. Bouquet of asters, Mrs. and Mrs. Philip McCarron. Standing wreath, Mrs. James Nolan and family.
