DIED
   In Lexington, Abby Smith, youngest daughter of Mr. Jonas Monroe aged 3 years and four months.
   In Bradford, N. H. Hon. John Orr, aged about 75. He was a veteran of the revolution, and was wounded in the battle with Burgoyne. He had filled various offices of honor and trust; a Representative, a Senator and Counsellor in the State Legislature, with honor to himself and usefulness to the public.
   In Franklin, Jan. 3d Sarah Emmons, daughter of Rev. Nathaniel Emmons D.D. aged 37.
   In Framingham, 2d inst. Col. Ebenezer M. Ballard, aged 43; Mrs. Sarah Coolidge, wife of Mr. Peter Coolidge, aged 37.
   In Woburn, suddenly, on the 29th ult. Samuel William Baldwin only child of Loammi Baldwin, Esq. aged 6 years.
   In Newton, 21st ult. Capt. Thomas Pettee, formerly of Foxborough, an officer of the Revolution, aged 82.
   In Acton, on the 3d inst. a child of Mr. Luke Hayward, aged 3 years.
   At Groton Mrs. Ruthy W. wife of the late Mr. Aaron Lewis.
ORDAINED
   At Belchertown, on the 22d ult, the Rev. N. C. Saxton, as an evangelist; sermon by Rev. D. A. Clark of Amherst.
   At Hancock, N. H. on the 25th ult. Rev. Archibald Burgess; sermon by Rev. Mr. Barstow of Keene.

   A Catamount was lately killed in Vermont, measuring 7 feet, from fore to hind leg.

   The Ladies of Harvard have presented to their pastor, the Rev. George Fisher, thirty-five dollars to purchase for him a cloak.
