  • Distinctive title (necessary when there is another newspaper with the same title)
    Title of the newspaper. -- Issue numbers and dates of the first and last issues when known. -- Place of publication : Publisher, dates.
    Notes on frequency, beginning and ending dates from other sources, changes in place and publisher, related titles (i.e., when the title changes from one to another), etc.
    LCCN (Library of Congress control number); OCLC (OCLC control number)

    The format of the holdings information is as follows: Name of library (linked to the address on the Archives and Libraries page, if listed there, otherwise the name is followed by the city where the library is located) (dates of issues held in the format yyyy:mm:dd with an indication of whether available in paper or on microfilm)
