There are eight (8) cemeteries located in Westford.


Town Cemeteries:

Fairview Cemetery - originally called the 'East Burying Ground' , then later known as the "Snow Cemetery"; located on Main Street, at the corner of Tadmuck Road. This is probably the oldest burying ground, the oldest tombstone is dated 1702.





Hillside Cemetery - Also known as the "North Burying Ground" or "Nutting Road Cemetery", located on Depot Road, at the corner of Nutting Road.





Pioneer Burying Ground - located on Carlisle Road, at the corner of Old Lowell Road. There are unmarked stones located here, no marked graves. Some believe it was a family burying ground, others think that it may be a native american burial site.


Pine Grove Cemetery - Westford's newest, located on Forge Village Road, about 1/2 mile west of Cold Spring Road.





Westlawn Cemetery - Also known as "West Burying Ground", located on Concord Road, at the corner of Country Road.






Wright Cemetery - located on Groton Road (Route 40), about 1/4 mile east of North Road.









Private Cemeteries:

Russian Cemetery - located on Patten Road, about 3/4 mile west of Cold Spring Road.








St Catherine's Cemetery - located on Pine Ridge Road, about 1/2 mile north of Cold Spring Road.
