Earthquake during church service, causing congregation to rush to the street. No damage to the building. |

Severe drought. "Fasting and Prayer Day" with special prayer meeting for rain. |
1755 |
"Great Earthquake" - followed by "Great Religious Revival" |

Severe epidemic of "Fever" (typhus); fifty persons died in 1772/3 |

Diphtheria epidemic causing many families to lose all their children |
