     James Angell Percy was baptized on 27 August 1865 at St Mary, Watford, Hertfordshire, England; and his birth was recorded at Watford record office in the September quarter 1865.1,2,3,4 He was the son of Henry Angell Percy and Eliza Bullen.1 James Angell Percy appeared on the census of 2 April 1871 at Oxhey, Hertfordshire, England, as Son, age 5, birthplace Watford, Hertfordshire.1 He appeared on the census of 3 April 1881 at Willesden, Middlesex, England, as Son, age 15, birthplace Watford, Herts.5 He married Mary Ann Betts on 14 July 1889 at Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire, England; and their marriage was recorded at Watford record office in the September quarter 1889.6,7 James Angell Percy appeared on the census of 5 April 1891 at Willesden, Middlesex, England, as Head, married, age 25, birthplace Watford, Hertfordshire.8 He appeared on the census of 31 March 1901 at Acton, London, England, as Head, married, age 35, birthplace Watford, Hertfordshire.9 He appeared on the census of 2 April 1911 at 119 Railway Cottages, Willesden, Middlesex, England, as head, age 45, married, birthplace Watford, Hertfordshire, England.10 He died on 12 February 1937 at 10 Goodhall Street, Willesden Junction, Middlesex, England, at age 71; and his death was recorded at Brentford Registration office in the March quarter 1937.11 He was buried on 18 February 1937 at Ealing, London, England.12
