      Her married name was Philbrook.1 Mary Graham Laws was born circa 1907 at Scotland.1,2 She was the daughter of John Laws and Millicent White, who were both born in Scotland.3 She was recorded, birthplace Scotland, on a Canadian Ship's passenger list arriving at St John, New Brunswick, Canada.4 She married Lewis Edward James Philbrock, son of Alfred Edward Philbrock and Jane Roberts, on 9 February 1931 at Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada; and their marriage was recorded as Lewis Edward J Philbrook and Mary Graham Laws at North Vancouver. She was age 23 and he was age 25.1,5 Mary Graham Laws and Lewis Edward James Philbrock lived in 1957 at Barnet, Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada; where they appeared on the Voters List as Lewis, section foreman, and Mrs Mary.
