     Albert Edward Callow was born on 28 August 1879 at 57 Hoxton Street, Shoreditch, Middlesex, England; and his birth was recorded at Shoreditch Registration district, in the December quarter 1879.2,3 He was the son of George Thomas Callow and Laura Lavinia Low.1 Albert Edward Callow appeared on the census of 3 April 1881 at 57 Hoxton Street, Shoreditch, Middlesex, England, as Son, age 1, birthplace Shoreditch, Middlesex.1 He appeared on the census of 5 April 1891 at Fore Street, Fairfield Corner, Edmonton, Middlesex, England, as Son (of absent Head), age 11, birthplace Shoreditch, London, and he was a Scholar.4 He appeared on the census of 31 March 1901 at Hoxton Street, Shoreditch, London, England, as Visitor of John Johnson and family, age 22, single, birthplace City of London, and he was a Waiter at Inn.5 He married Ethel Watts in 1904 at Essex, England; and their marriage was recorded at West Ham Registration district in the December quarter 1904.6,7 Albert Edward Callow appeared on the census of 2 April 1911 at Parkholme, Beaconsfield Road, Clacton-on-Sea, Essex, England, as Head, married, age 31, birthplace 57 Hosdon Street, Hoxton N, London, and he worked as 'Railway Servant, Attendant Railway Dining Car, G. E. Rly'.      Charles James Daborn was born on 16 March 1871 at Edinburgh, Midlothian, Scotland.1,2 He was the son of Charles Daborn and Helen Christina Mc Coll.1 Charles James Daborn began military service on 28 March 1883 he enlisted in the Scottish Rifles at the age of 14.3 He married Honor Ethel Knight in 1897 at St Mary The Virgin, Carisbrooke, Isle of Wight, Hampshire, England; and their marriage was recorded at Isle of Wight record office in the March quarter 1897.1,4,5 Charles James Daborn began military service on 24 May 1915.6 He ended military service on 2 August 1916 at Hamilton, Scotland; and he was discharged from the 6 Scottish Rifles due to "sicknes" and was awarded the UK Silver War Badge.6

He was a Builder age 32 and she was a housewife age 28; they were intending to live permanently in Australia on 21 August 1920.10 Arthur Henry Callow and Eleanor Rachael English were recorded as sailing from Brisbane, Australia, to London, England, on 24 July 1921 with two sons and a daughter on the Ormonde. He was a Decorator age 33 and she was a housewife age 30.11

Arthur Henry Callow submitted a building plan to Benfleet Urban District Council as '2 Bungalows The Crescent, Hadleigh. Owner and Builder: A.H.Callow. Architect: A.L.Turne' in 1923.12 He submitted a building plan to Benfleet Urban District Council as 'Bungalow Church Road and Broughton Road, Hadleigh. Owner and Builder: A.H. Callow' circa 1924.13 He submitted building plans to Benfleet Urban District Council as 'Pair Bungalows Woodfield Road, Hadleigh. Owner and Builder: Arthur Henry Callow. Architect: O.H.Cockrill' in 1924.14 He submitted a building plan to Benfleet Urban District Council as 'Pair of Houses Main Road, Hadleigh. Owner and Builder: Arthur Callow. Architect: Arthur L. Turner' in 1924.15 He submitted building plans to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council as 'Pair of semi-detached bunglows fronting London to Southend [Arterial] Road on priorywood Estate, Owner and builder: Messrs Callow & English, Ormonde, London Road, Hadleigh Architect: O.H. Cockrill, 35 Weston Chambers, Southend-on-Sea' in 1924.16 He submitted building plans to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council as '2 bungalows in Shirley Road Owner and builder: Arthur Henry Callow, Ormonde, London Road, Hadleigh Architect: O.H. Cockrill, 35 Weston Chambers, Weston Road, Southend-on-Sea' in 1925.17 He submitted building plans in 1925 to Southend-on-Sea Borough Council as 'Addition to pair of bungalows in London Southend Arterial Road Owner and builder: Messrs CALLOW and ENGLISH, Ormonde, London Road, Hadleigh Architect: O.H. Cockrill, 35 Weston Chambers, Southend-on-Sea'. Many other building plans were also submitted during this period up until around 1930.18

He and Eleanor Rachael English were recorded as sailing from Southampton, England, to Brisbane, Australia, with four children on the Largs Bay. He was age 41 and she was age 38 on 23 January 1929.19 Arthur Henry Callow died on 21 April 1950 at Essex, England, at age 62; and his death was recorded at Ilford Registration district in the June quarter 1950.20,21 His estate was probated on 22 July 1950; and he was of '48 Kingswood Road Seven Kings Essex'' and Probate was granted to his three sons.
