In April of 1917, Levason and his family arrived at St. Peter’s Mission, Lesser Slave Lake, Alberta where Levason worked as principal and teacher as well as being a lay reader. The Levasons remained there until 1922 when they and new daughter Kitty Madeleine (born August 13, 1918) returned to Vancouver. Levason attended the Anglican Theological College, graduating in 1925.      John Highfield was born circa 1556. He married Joan Daborn, daughter of John Daborn and Elizabeth Chitty, on 22 August 1575 at St Benets, London, England.¹ John Highfield died before 28 November 1577.¹ He was buried on 28 November 1578 at St Benets, London, England.¹

     Isabella Girling was baptized on 27 February 1853 at St Giles, Camberwell, Surrey, England.^1,2 She was the daughter of John William Girling and Eliza Daborn.¹ Isabella Girling appeared on the census of 7 April 1861 at Camberwell, Surrey, England, as Daughter-in-law, age 8, birthplace Camberwell, Surrey.¹
