EUGENE NOBLE FOSS Foss, Eugene Noble, governor of the State of Massachusetts, was born Sept. 24, 1858, in West Berkshire, Vt. He is a successful manufacturer of Boston, Mass. He was elected to the sixty-first congress to fill a vacancy. He is now governor of the State of Massachusetts for the term ending in 1914; and resides in Boston, Ma.
