Moses Cleveland

1624 - 1701/02

Moses Cleveland, immigrant ancestor, came when a youth from Ipswich, England, to this country. Tradition says he came in 1635. He was born about 1624 and died at Woburn, Massachusetts, January 9, 1701-02.

He married, in Woburn, September 26, 1648, Ann Winn, born in Wales or England about 1626. Children, born in Woburn: Moses, September 1, 1651; Hannah, August 4, 1653; Aaron, January 10, 1654-55; Samuel, June 9, 1657; Miriam, July 10, 1659; Joanna, September 19, 1661, died March 12, 1667; Edward, May 20, 1664; Josiah , February 26, 1666-67; Isaac, May 11, 1669; Joanna, April 5, 1670.
