CARROLL CLARK HINCKS

Hincks, Carroll Clark (1889-1964) — of Connecticut. Born in Andover, Essex County, Mass., November 30, 1889. Served in the U.S. Army during World War I; Judge of U.S. District Court for Connecticut, 1931; Judge of U.S. Court of Appeals for the 2nd Circuit, 1953-59. Member, American Bar Association. Died September 30, 1964 New Haven, New Haven, Connecticut.
