HERMAN BERNSTEIN

Bernstein, Herman (1876-1935) — Born in Russia, September 21, 1876. Founder and editor of The Day, Jewish daily newspaper. Published the "Willy-Nicky Correspondence," secret telegrams between the Kaiser and the Czar, 1918.; U.S. Minister to Albania, 1930-33. Jewish. Died in Sheffield, Berkshire County, Mass., August 31, 1935.
