Directions:
From the intersection of Highway 1 and Highway 42 at Cherry Valley, turn east on Highway
42. Cross over the railroad road tracks and travel about 4 blocks. Just
before crossing the bridge, turn right on Dye Street. Travel 2 blocks to Walnut Street. Turn left on Walnut Street. The pavement turns to
gravel. Pass Bowers Cemetery and follow the road for 4/10 miles. The
cemetery is located on both sides of the road.
There is evidence of numerous unmarked
graves in this cemetery. Several rusty funeral home markers exist as
well as several rusty stakes.
