Here lieth interr'd the Body of STEPHEN HALL Shoemaker  He departed this Life the 31st of August 1769  Aged 76 years   Here lieth interr'd the Body of ELIZABETH ye wife of Stephen Hall  She departed this Life August the 14th 1764  Aged 68 years    

Beneath this Stone a faithful Friend is laid; Who has the common Debt of Nature paid, When living; honest, generous and kind, A Loss to all her Friends, she's left behind, But from this World her Soul has took its flight, To dwell in endless Joys, and sweet delight

In Loving Memory of JOHN HALLAM  A loving husband father and grandfather died 9th Mar 1985 Aged 69 years and his devoted wife CONSTANCE MAY  died 13th Nov 1986 Aged 73 years

Here Lies interr’d ye Body of URSULA the wife of Richard Hands who departed this Life ye 3rd of Jan 1732  Aged [40/49] Years     Also near this place lie the Bodies of ELIZ & THOS. Son & Dr. of ye said  Richd. & Ursula Hands she died the 9th Aug 1727; and he Jan the 23rd 1729       And near this place lieth ELIZ.ye mother of ye said Richd Hands who deceas’d 17th Mar 1716

Beneath Lie the Remains of JOSEPH HANDS who died June 15th 1840 in the 77th Year of his Age  

Severely afflicted, yet when most depress’d,

Resigned, he endured it, as all for the best; Praised God for his goodness, both present and past, And yielded his spirit in peace at the last. But thanks be to God which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.     1.Cor.xv.57.
