All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ DUGDALE-KEMP Wedding - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal October 25, 1940 KEMP-DUGDALE Miss Roslyn Kemp, daughter of Mrs. M. Kemp, of Hazelhurst, Miss., and the late Simon Kemp, and Mr. Walter Vincent Dugdale, recently of California and New Orleans, were married October 15th in Vicksburg, Miss., by T. E. Halford. Mrs. Dugdale is librarian of the Tallulah High School, where she has been a member of the faculty the past seven years. She is a graduate of Sophie Newcomb College, New Orleans, and a member of the Delta Kappa Gamma fraternity for teachers. Mr. Dugdale is a graduate of California school of fine arts and has studied art abroad. Recently he has been painting murals in Louisiana and now has an art class here. Mr. and Mrs. Dugdale will make their home here. Many good wishes are extended by friends of the couple.
