All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ BONEY-FORTNER Wedding - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal March 3, 1928 The marriage of Miss Florence Fortner and Mr. Owen Hamilton Boney was solemnized at the First Presbyterian Church, Vicksburg, Miss., at high noon on Thursday, March 1st, Rev. D. Ayers performing the ceremony. Mrs. William Sevier, Jr., was matron of honor and Mr. William Myrick, of Monroe, best man. Mr. and Mrs. Boney left immediately for New Orleans where Mr. Boney is stationed as auditor for the Standard Oil Company. Guests from Louisiana attending the wedding were Mr. and Mrs. R. K. Boney, Mr. Andrew Sevier, Mr. Edwin Jones, Mr. Simon LeBlanc, Mrs. Sidney Guenard, Mrs. Robert Clark, Miss Agnes Shields; Mr. Cyril Vermillion, Mr. Wm. Sevier, Jr., and Mr. and Mrs. John Devine.
