There has been a move on foot for some time for the organization of a Rotary Club in Tallulah. A couple of weeks ago a number of Rotarians from Vicksburg, Lake Providence and Newellton came to Tallulah to attend a meeting which was held at the Community Club. At this meeting the purposes and intricacies of such a club were explained to the business men of Tallulah present, but no definite action was taken to perfect organization. It was decided at this first meeting to hold another meeting to discuss the organization and the new club is the culmination of this decision.
