All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Charlotte Sevier Ziegler - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Monroe News-Star October 15, 2013 Funeral services for Mrs. Charlotte Sevier Ziegler, born January 12, 1916, will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, October 15, 2013, in the First United Methodist Church in Tallulah, with Reverend Mickey Bounds officiating, assisted by Reverend Marshall Sevier. Burial will follow in the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah, LA. Visitation will be Tuesday at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the hour of the service at 11:00. Mrs. Ziegler died Saturday, October 12, 2013 in the Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah after a brief illness. She was born in Madison Parish and she was a life-long resident. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and she was a member of Open Door Circle of First United Methodist Church. She was a member of Town and Country Club of Tallulah and was a member of Daughters of American Revolution. Survivors include two sons William W. "Bill" Ziegler and his wife Sandra of Delhi, LA and Dr. John S. Ziegler and his wife Martha of Bastrop, LA; seven grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Clay Ziegler, John Ziegler, Bailey Ziegler, Billy Wayne Zeigler, Brett Raley, Will Zeigler and Ivan Robertson.
