All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Dora Cannon Yerger - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post December 23, 2007 TALLULAH -- Dora Cannon Yerger died Saturday, Dec. 22, 2007, at her daughter's home in Vicksburg. She was 80. Mrs. Yerger was born in Blytheville, Ark., and was a lifelong resident of Tallulah, La. She was retired from the ASCS office in Tallulah. She was preceded in death by her parents, Reginald and Essie Cannon; two husbands, Billy Pemberton and William Yerger Sr.; one brother, Don Cannon; one son-in-law, Benny R. White Sr.; and two brothers-in-law, J.O. Pemberton and Martin Pemberton. Survivors include two sons, Jay Pemberton of Tallulah and Bill Pemberton of Jackson; two daughters, Donna White of Vicksburg and Diane Fisher of Tallulah; four grandchildren, Deidra and Danny Rice of Vicksburg, Ben and Ginny White of Vicksburg, Billy and Denise White of Tallulah and Christie and Kevin Williams of Learned, Miss.; and eight great-grandchildren, Ally Rice, Kendyl Rice, Maddie Rice, Carley Beth White, Carter White, Anna Grace White, Gavin White and Dylan Williams. Mrs. Yerger's funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Silver Cross Cemetery with the Rev. Jean Foreman officiating. Visitation will be at 10 a.m. Monday until the hour of the service at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home
