Wyatt died Sunday, Sept. 12, 2004, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. She was 73. Mrs. Wyatt was born in Bessville, Mo. A homemaker, she was a former member of Meadowgrove Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, William L. Dale and Lilly Parlie Rhodes; one brother, Hurl Dale; and two grandsons, Kenneth Dale and James Brandon Porter. She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Walter B. Wyatt of Tallulah; three sons, J ames Boyd Wyatt and Lloyd William Wyatt, both of Tallulah, and Walter Brandon Wyatt Jr. of St. Joseph; two daughters, Brenda Elizabeth Porter of Bossier City, La., and Janet Lorraine Hunt of Pitkin, La.; three brothers, Dillard Dale and Eugene Dale, both of Cape Girardeau, Mo., and Lester Dale of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; two sisters, Thelma Ellis of Casper, Ill., and Elizabeth Smith of Jackson, Mo.; and 12 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Cletus Moak officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in Tallulah. Visitation will be from 5 until 8 tonight at the funeral home.
