All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Estelle Workman - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 5, 1962 Services for Mrs. Workman Held Thursday Funeral services for Mrs. Estelle Workman, who died unexpectedly at her residence Thursday morning following a heart attack will be held in the Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dan Lott officiating, assisted by the Rev. H. N. Alexander. Burial followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. A native of Pottsville, Arkansas, Mrs. Workman had resided in Madison Parish for the past 23 years. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and a member of the Tallulah Book Club, serving as vice president. Mrs. Workman was also a member of the Music Club here. Survivors include her husband, Mr. William C. Workman, Tallulah; a daughter, Mrs. Jane Bodron, Vicksburg, Miss.; and a grandchild; two brothers, Thomas A. Martin, Russellville, Arkansas, and William B. Martin, Kansas City, Kansas. Pallbearers were Jesse Anderson, George Speed, Warren Patrick, Jim Folk, Jack Folk. Ernest Stewart, S. L. Cummins and Dick Horn.
