All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Mrs. Willie Wixson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 15, 1978 Funeral services for Mrs. Willie Wixson, 52, of St. Joseph, were held at 2 p.m. today in the Chapel of Crothers Funeral Home, Rev. Jay Riley officiating. Burial will follow in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Wixson died in the St. Joseph Hospital Tuesday following an apparent heart attack. She was a native of East Carroll Parish and had resided in St. Joseph the past three years. Mrs. Wixson was a member of the Herringville Church in Monticello. Survivors include one son Cyrus E. Wixson III of St. Joseph; five brothers, Jonathan Harris, Sr., of Tallulah, Wesley Harris of Pioneer, Sidney Harris, of Lake Providence, S. K. Harris and Albert Harris, both of St. Joseph; two sisters, Mrs. Mary Donahue of Epps and Mrs. Doris Feroben of St. Joseph; and a number of nieces and nephews. Pallbearers include Drew Storey, Ricky Rush, Pete Rush, Tommy Daves, John Hawkes, Sr., Kevin Turner and Harold Kirkpatrick, Jr.
