All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Effie Cagle Wilson - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 23, 1992 Graveside services for Mrs. Effie Cagle Wilson, 95, were held at 3 p.m. Friday at Memorial Park Cemetery with Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial was under direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home. Mrs. Wilson died Thursday at her home in Tallulah. She was born in Anguilla, Miss. and was a school teacher and a seamstress. She attended Mississippi Normal College in Hattiesburg, now the University of Southern Mississippi; She was a member of the United Methodist Church of Minden. Survivors include one son, Henry Wilson of Vancleave, Miss.; two daughters, Martha Jolly of Wildsville and Ramona Nolan Scott of Tallulah; one stepdaughter; Cora Whitehead of Clarksdale, Miss.; 11 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
