All rights reserved. *********************************************************************************************** Joseph Emsley Wilkins - Madison Parish, Louisiana From The Monroe News-Star (LA), Thursday, November 18, 1971 Graveside services were to be held for Joseph Emsley Wilkins, 67, of Rt. 4, Box 476, Monroe at 2:30 p.m. today in Si[l]ver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah under the direction of Hixson Brothers Funeral Home of Monroe. Mr. Wilkins died Tuesday at St. Francis Hospital after an illness. He is survived by his widow, Mrs. Ann Wilkins of Monroe. Pallbearers were Jack Farmer, Raymond Parks, Archie Faris, Clay Ford, J. C. Ford and Ray Franklin.
