All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************* Barbara Jean Wilkins - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, September 18, 2011 TALLULAH — Funeral services for Barbara Jean Wilkins will be Monday at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah, with Bro. Larry Whittington and Bro. Dewayne Whittington officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home. Mrs. Wilkins died Wednesday, Sept. 14, 2011, at her home. She was 54. She was born in Delhi, La., and was a lifelong resident of Madison Parish. Mrs. Wilkins was a secretary for the U.S. Soil and Conservation Service in Tallulah. She is survived by one son, Justin Wilkins of Las Vegas; two brothers, Gary Dewayne Whittington of Rayville, La., and David Larry Whittington of Ridgecrest, La.; four sisters, Patricia White of Natchez, Phillis Cardin and Lori Deckelman, both of Tallulah, and June Barfield of Downsville, La.; and numerous aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews. Pallbearers will be Jamie Duncan, David Duncan, Dale Cardin, Jeffrey Whittington, Cole Smith and Garan Whittington.
