All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Mike Irvin Wicker - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post, March 20, 2012 TALLULAH — Funeral services for Mike Irvin Wicker, 62, of Tallulah will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, March 21, 2012 at Cox Funeral Chapel in Delhi with the Rev. Bernard Duchesne Jr. officiating. Visitation will be from 9 a.m. Wednesday until the service. Burial will be at Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mike was born in Tallulah on Aug. 10, 1949, and departed March 18, 2012. Mike was preceded in death by his parents, William Murphy Wicker and Alma Orabell Warren Wicker; four brothers, James Patrick “Pat,” Thomas, Mack and Eugene Wicker; and a sister, Peggy Yount. He is survived by his loving wife, Lois West Wicker of Tallulah; a son, Mike Harold Wicker of Brandon; two daughters, Ginger Marie Mathews and Jennifer Belle Wilkins of Tallulah; a stepdaughter, Michelle Chance of Lufkin, Texas; grandchildren, Carl Allen Wicker, Kylie Wicker, Shelby Jean Wicker, Ryan Hicks, Caleb and Evan Wilkins, Maddie Belle Wilkins, Trey and Brandon Mathews, Josh and Jordan Chance and Baylee Newell; two brothers, William Calvin Wicker of Tallulah and Marshall Jerrell Wicker of Winnsboro, La.; and two sisters, Carol Ann Jolly of Newellton and Judy Elizabeth Melton of Mer Rouge, La. Pallbearers will be Carl Allen Wicker, Rusty Mathews, Trey Mathews, Brandon Mathews, Jimmy Wicker, Jason Wicker, Reuben Wicker, William Wicker and Mike Wicker.
