All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Helen Doris White - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post September 22, 2012 TALLULAH — Helen Doris White died Sunday, Sept. 30, 2012, at Landmark Nursing Home in West Monroe, La. She was 87. Born in Kemper County, Mrs. White lived in Sondheimer, La., for a number of years. She was a retired grocery store manager and a member of New Chapel Hill Baptist Church in West Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elisha, E.H. White; and a son, Jackie Allan White. Survivors include one son, Ron White of West Monroe; one brother, Arthur Stuart of Oak Grove, La.; two sisters, Margie Wise of West Monroe and Louise Blevins of Bogalusa, La.; two grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Services will be at 2 p.m. today at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles Dupree officiating. Burial will follow at Silver Cross Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 1 p.m. until the service. Pallbearers will be Charles Vining III, Jerry Stuart, Jimmy Stuart, John Edward Baker, Ronald Ratcliff and Paul Lee.
