All rights reserved. ************************************************ Lucille Harlow Westmoreland - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post December 30, 2003 TALLULAH — Lucille Harlow Westmoreland died Sunday, Dec. 28, 2003, at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. She was 89. Born in Meridian, Mrs. Westmoreland had lived in Tallulah for the past 75 years. She operated The Fisherman’s Corner Store in Tallulah for more than 45 years. She was a homemaker and a member of First Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Burney Rock Westmoreland of Tallulah; three grandchildren, LeEleanor Westmoreland of Tallulah, Celeste Thames of Sondheimer and Clifford Rock Hulsey of Birmingham, Ala. Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Baptist Church in Tallulah with the Revs. Crawford Williams and John Rushing officiating. Visitation will be from 5 until 7 tonight at her son’s home, 907 Liberty St., Tallulah. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home has charge of arrangements.
