Weaver - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, January 28, 1982 Services for Mrs. Connie R. Weaver,78, were at 2 p.m. Sunday at Tallulah First Baptist Church with the Rev. Crawford Williams officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mrs. Weaver died Friday at her residencece after a short illness. She was a native of Naples, Xxx and a resident of Tallulah for many years. She was a member of the Madison Parish Garden Club, Order of Eastern Star and the First Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, George Shelby Weaver of Baton Rouge; a sister, Mrs Ruth R. Martin of Shreveport; a niece, Mrs. Madeleine R. Stanford of Crosbyton, Tex.; four nephews, Rogers W. Martin, Shreveport; E.C. Rogers, Los Angeles; James Rogers, Midland, Tex.; and W. E. Rogers, Omaha, Tex. Pallbearers were Randy Horn, C.L. Keene, Danny Williams, Charles Finlayson, Bob Brown, L.K. (Hawk) Stanford, Clay Crawford and Stanton Eiland. Honorary pallbearers were Glen Whetstone and T.A. Smith.
