All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Henrietta King Watts - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal November 13, 1996 Henrietta King Watts died Sunday, November 10, 1996 at Madison Parish Hospital in Tallulah. She was 88. Mrs. Watts was born in Neshoba County and had lived in Tallulah for the past 66 years. She was a retired bookkeeper and a member of First Baptist Church, Madison Parish Garden Club and the Walnut Bayou Home Demonstration Club. She was preceded in death by her husband, George H. Watts and two sons, Hubert King Watts and Eddie Francis Watts. Survivors include a daughter; Jayne Watts Maxwell of Tallulah; a son, John Howard Watts of Tallulah; one sister; Lottie Lee Robertson of Vicksburg; 11grandchildren; 19 great-grand-children; and a number of nieces and nephews. Services were at 10 a.m. Mon-day at First Baptist Church of Tallulah with the Rev. John Rushing officiating. Burial followed at Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah. Pallbearers were John Watts Jr., Jim Watts, Frank Maxwell III, Dr. Doug Cook, Craig Marcello and Claude Clarke. Memorials may be made to the Baptist Children's Home, First Baptist Church, Alzheimer's Disease Assoc., or to a favorite charity.
