All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Wong Yate Dong Wall - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal August 14, 1996 Funeral services for Mrs. Wong Yate Dong Wall, 92, of Tallulah, were held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, August 11, 1996, in the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah. Her daughter, Dr. Betty Jean Wall officiated. Burial followed in the Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Wall died Tuesday, August 6, 1996 at her residence on Oak Street in Tallulah. She was a native of Canton, China, and had lived in Tallulah for 58 years. Mrs. Wall was a housewife and widow of the late George Wall, Sr. of Tallulah. She is survived by a daughter, Dr. Betty Jean Wall of Boulder, Colorado; two sons, Dr. Simeon H. Wall of Shreveport and Leonard W. Wall of San Luis Obispo, Calif.; one brother, Yote Fuin Wong of Macao, two sisters, Fe Ong Wang of Singapore, and Tain Org Wong of Hong Kong; 10 grandchildren and one great-grandchild. Pallbearers were: Stuart W. Wall, Dr. Wendell Wall, Dr. Forrest Wall, Dr. Simeon H. Wall Jr., Leland Jong and Steve Jong.
