Tucker - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal December 18, 1964 Services Held On Sunday For J. L. Tucker Funeral services for Jimmie L. Tucker, 50, who died last Thursday night in a Monroe hospital, were held Sunday at 3 P. M. Services were conducted at Crothers Funeral Chapel with the Rev. S. T. Donaldson and the Rev. Bobby Brown officiating. Burial followed in Silver Cross Cemetery under the direction of Crothers Funeral Home. He was employed as a night watchman at the Chicago Mill and Lumber Company in Tallulah. Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Earline Tucker of Tallulah; four sons, Jerry Wayne, Roger Dean, Roy, Allen, and Bruce Tucker, all of Tallulah; one daughter, Mrs. Kenneth Richmond of Tallulah; one sister, Mrs. Lilly Nell Muse of Boyce and three grandchildren. Pallbearers were Mr. Fife, Mr. Everheart, Mr. Hattaway, Mr. Frith, Mr. Rigdon and Mr. Worly.
