All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************** Curtis Marlon Tucker - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal October 14, 1998 Funeral services for Mr. Curtis Marlon Tucker, age 60, of Tallulah, were held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 10. in the First United Pentecostal Church in Tallulah with the Rev. Greg Nichols, the Rev. Terry Tucker and the Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial followed in the Memorial Park Cemetery. Mr. Tucker died Thursday, Oct. 8, 1998, in the crash of his agplane while working near Newellton. He was born in Strong, Ark. and had lived in Madison Parish for most of his life. He was an agpilot and attended the First United Pentecostal Church of Tallulah. Survivors include his wife, Mildred Gamer Tucker of Tallulah; two sons, Bryan Dale Tucker of Bogalusa, La., and William Curtis Tucker of Newellton; one daughter, Pamela Gayle King of St. Joseph; six grandchildren; two brothers, Terry M. Tucker of Bogalusa and Donavan A. Tucker of Sanford, Fla.: and two sisters, Willie Mae Howard of Gilbert. La., and Chris Roberts of Keatchie, La. Active pallbearers were Troy Tucker, Freddie Tucker, Charles Roberts, Bill Smith, Earl Hall and Cliff Dixon. Honorary pallbearers were Nathan "Sonny" Kifer, Rick Mulhearn, Bobby Baker, Newton Guenard, James Garner, Glen Howard and Kirby Tiller. Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home of Tallulah was in charge of arrangements.
