(Buddy) Travis - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, June 24, 1987 Funeral services for Mr. Earl D. (Buddy) Travis, 35, were at 2 p.m. Monday in Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. O. B. Robertson officiating. Burial followed in Memorial Park Cemetery under direction of Crothers Funeral Home. Mr. Travis died Saturday night in the Madison Parish Hospital after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Helena, Ark. and had been a resident of Tallulah for 19 years. He was an assistant service manager at Atwood Chevrolet in Vicksburg. Survivors include one son, Earl DeWayne Travis Jr. of Tallulah; one daughter, Dana Travis of Tallulah; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. G. Travis of Tallulah; one sister, Mrs. Susie Reece of Tallulah; and his grandmother, Mrs. Eura Mauldin of Tallulah.
