(Special) — A 22-year-old former Tallulah resident Charles Terrell of Vicksburg, Miss., was killed early yesterday when the car he was driving swung off the Hall's Ferry Road here and crashed into a tree. His brother-in-law, David Gilmer, also of Vicksburg, was injured in the wreck and taken to a Vicksburg hospital. Highway patrolmen found the car during a routine patrol. They said Terrell apparently lost control of the vehicle. He was dead when officers arrived and Gilmer was unconsious. Terrell attended Tallulah High School and was a member of the Baptist Church. He was employed by the Magnolia Towing Co. in Vicksburg. Final rites will be held Monday at 10 a.m. at Young's Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Rev. John Meeks officiating. Burial will be in Silver Cross Cemetery by Young's. The youth is survived by his parents, Mr. and Mrs. William M. Terrell, Vicksburg, and five sisters, Mrs. David Gilmer and Mrs. Floyd Decker, Vicksburg; Mrs. Robert Evans and Mrs. Decatur Freeman, Tallulah, and Miss Mildred Terrell, Alexandria.
