All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Oblene Williamson Summers - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, October 12, 1978 Funeral services for Mrs. Oblene Williamson Summers, 62, of Tallulah were held Wednesday in the chapel of Crothers Funeral Home of Tallulah with the Rev. S. J. Stamey officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery in Tallulah. Mrs. Summers was killed Monday in a car accident on U. S. 61 North of Vicksburg, Miss., when her car went control and overturned. Mrs. Summers was a native of Xxxxnd and had resided in Tallulah for several years. Survivors include her husband. Clyde Summers of Tallulah; two sons, Joe Williamson, Tallulah, and Billy Ray Williamson, Monroe; two daughters, Mrs. Marion Keen, Vicksburg, Miss., and Mrs. Jimmy Kent of Shreveport; one sister, Mrs. Izola Williamson of West Monroe: 14 grandchildren and five great-grand children. Pallbearers were J. W. (Red) Wilson, Sam Scurria, James J. Finley, Jack Bowden, Dudley Keen, Oren Lewis, Mike Porter, and Hollis Ervin.
