Sullivan - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, February 22, 1989 Funeral services for Mr. Henry E. Sullivan, 65, were at 3:30 p.m. Monday at Crothers Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Duewayne Tullos officiating. Burial was in the Silver Cross Cemetery. Mr. Sullivan died Saturday at his residence after a lengthy illness. He was a native of Mississippi and had been a resident of Tallulah for the past 16 years. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Army. He was a carpenter and a member of the Willow Bayou Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Mrs. Josephine Sullivan of Tallulah; his mother, Mrs. Mae Sullivan of Hattiesburg, Miss.; two sons, Charles Sullivan of Longview, Tex. and Steve Sullivan of Houston, Tex.; five daughters, Joan Taylor, Vicki Vallier and Dot Sullivan, all of Houston, Pam Morehead of San Diego, Calif. and Bobbie Vining of Tallulah; 11 stepchildren; two brothers, Newell Sullivan and Billy Wayne Sullivan, both of Hattiesburg; one sister, Mary Jo Weatherford of Petal, Miss and 10 grandchildren. Pallbearers were Charles Vining III, Jerry Crothers, Chris Tipton, Randy Lisonbee, Chuck Sullivan, Wayne Sullivan, Jerry Sullivan and David Sullivan.
