Linda
was a native of Tallulah, Louisiana and a graduate of Tallulah High School.
She attended Louisiana Tech University. A long-time resident of Bossier City,
Linda worked many years in the hotel industry. Linda
died on July 18, 2014 and is survived by her husband of 36 years, Doug Smothermon; a daughter, Dee Brooks and husband Jeff; and
a son, Billy Smothermon and wife Stacey;
grandchildren include Chad and Chase Alexander; Blake and Ainslee
Brooks, Emily and Aidan Smothermon; cousins include
Charles Ladd and Billy Abrahm. Linda
was preceded in death by her parents, William H. and Louise Abrahm Morris, of Tallulah, LA. |
