All rights reserved. **************************************************************************************************** Peggy Ann Smith - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post December 9, 2009 TALLULAH — Peggy Ann Smith died Monday, Dec. 7, 2009, at Madison Parish Hospital. She was 58. Mrs. Smith was born in Laurel and had lived in Tallulah for 15 years. She was employed in food catering. Survivors include her husband, Charles Lee Smith Jr. of Tallulah; one son, Charles Lee Smith III of Tallulah; one daughter, Joanna Day Holmes of Kingwood, Texas; six sisters, Donna Pearson of Hammond, La., Connie VonHoven of New Orleans, Sherry Odom of Ellisville and Teresa Slade, Susan Darlene Fletcher and Jeanette Poore, all of Laurel; and four grandchildren. Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home with the Rev. John W. Rushing officiating.
