Ethel Louise Franks Smith, of Monroe, LA; was born February 16, 1949 in Tallulah, LA and passed 
away on Monday, October 24, 2016 in Monroe, LA.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Elmore Smith; and parents, Levin and Louise Franks. 

Survivors include her children, William Wiggings and wife, Laura of Rayville, Aimee Wiggins of 
Houston, TX, and Ellisa Dart Alfonso of Houston, TX; grandchildren, Rebecca Dart, Danielle Lewis, 
Darvis Summerlan, and Alexzandra Elaina; numerous great grandchildren; siblings, Linda Stovall 
and husband, Charles; Dennis Franks and wife, Connie, Brenda Duff and Husband, Bill, and Annie Franks.
