Simmons - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal May 10, 1995 Mrs. Lottie F. Simmons died Friday, May 5, 1995, at Madison Parish Hospital. She was 86. Mrs. Simmons had lived in Madison Parish since 1952. She was a charter member of the Assembly of God Church in Tallulah. She is survived by two sons, Newtie J. Simmons of Tallulah, and Jerry L. Simmons of Vicksburg; two daughters, Sarah Kauffman of Anniston, Ala., and Brenda Manning of Alexandria, La.; 26 grandchildren, 55 great-grandchildren and 15 great-great-grandchildren. Services were at 2 p.m. Sunday at the chapel of Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home in Tallulah with the Rev. James Johnson officiating. Burial followed at Silver Cross Cemetery.
