All rights reserved. **************************************************************************************************** Annie Belle Shows - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Vicksburg Post December 14, 2009 TALLULAH — Annie Belle Shows, age 88, died Dec. 12, 2009, at Olive Branch in Tallulah. Services conducted by the Rev. John Rushing will be Tuesday, Dec. 15, 2009, at 10 a.m. in the chapel of the Crothers-Glenwood Funeral Home on Crothers Drive. Mrs. Shows was a native of Dodson, La., and a resident of Tallulah for 64 years. She was a retired bookkeeper for the Madison Council on Aging. Mrs. Shows was preceded in death by her husband, Alton Shows; her parents, Abbie and Thurman Moffett; a sister, Opal Stinson; a brother, Arthur Lee Moffett; and a grandson, Curt Faught. Mrs. Shows is survived by her sister, Azell Taylor of Dodson; and four daughters, Loudine Panquin of Tallulah, LaWanna Faught of Gonzales, La., Lorene and husband Joe Stembridge of Giddings, Texas, and Lynnette Williams of Flower Mound, Texas. Survivors also include seven grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews and a special friend, Ramona Nolan Scott of Tallulah. Pallbearers will be Brian Panquin, Trae Faught, Trey York, Brandon Williams, Joe Stembridge and Robert Dye. A special thanks to Dr. L.P. (Pop) Neumann, Patient’s Choice Hospice, the staff of Olive Branch, the T.E.L. Sunday school class at First Baptist Church and Ruth Ann and Sammy Satchfield.
