SEVIER IN TALLULAH TODAY TALLULAH, La., Jan, 15-Funeral services for Mrs. Florence Leonard Sevier, widow of George W. Sevier, a leading planter and former assessor of Madison parish, who died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Tom Cassity in Tuscson, Ariz. Wednesday, will be held at the Presbyterian church here Sunday afternoon with the Rev. B. N. Alexander, of Opelousas. La., a former pastor, officiating. Burial will be in Silver Cross cemetery here. Mrs. Sevier was a native of Madison parish and was well known here. She was a Presbyterian and a member of the Tallulah Book Club. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Cassity of Tucson and four sons, George W. Sevier of Baton Rouge and Dr. Howard C. Sevier, Senator Andrew L. Sevier and Albert V. Sevier all of Tallulah and 6 grandchildren.
