All rights reserved. ************************************************************************************************ Clyde Sevier - Madison Parish, Louisiana From Tallulah Madison Journal, December 9, 1982 Services for Mrs. Clyde Sevier were held at 10 a.m. Wednesday in Crothers Funeral Home chapel in Tallulah with the Rev. Joel Treadwell officiating. Burial was in Silver Cross Cemetery. Mrs. Sevier died Monday at her home after a short illness. She was a native of Vicksburg, lived in Tallulah for 54 years and to moved Vicksburg 10 years ago. She was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church and a housewife. Survivors include three nephews, Malcolm Sevier, Andrew L. Sevier Jr., both of Tallulah, and George Sevier of Virginia; and two cousins, Cornelia Kell of Tallulah, Elizabeth Kell of New Orleans. Pallbearers were Henry C. Sevier Jr., Andrew L. Sevier Jr., Dr. Conrad Sevier, Spencer Sevier, Louis Buckner and Billy Buckner.
